Finance
We accept most credit/debit cards, CareCredit, and HSA/FSA cards. We do not have in-house payment plans, and we encourage patients who are interested in financing to look into CareCredit, which offers 12-month no-interest financing.
Insurance
We are preferred providers for Delta Dental, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Principal, Guardian, and Ameritas. We are able to bill out-of-network insurances if the plan allows. We are unable to bill state insurance such as Apple Health or Molina.
